Game Progress Guide Information
The Priority Ops in Mass Effect Andromeda is linear so there are not many choices here. But before you complete the main quest lines, it is suggested to finish side missions related to your teammates, they allow you to earn their loyal or even their love. Also making them stronger in combat so your fight with kett/Remnant will be easier. See our Allies and Relationships page for details of these missions.
Also, some missions will provide you additional help in your final showdown with the Archon. Like Turian Ark: Lost But Not Forgotten, Cora Harper: Asari Ark etc. See their individual pages for detailed information.
Other missions can be acquired and complete even after you finished the main story line.
