Walkthrough

 Talk to Ambassador Rialla at Andromeda Initiative Embassy on Aya.

 Speak to Sorvis Lenn in front of the Repository of History.

 Scan the resistance members and find the dye-marked Angara.

 Speak to Jarryn Sjek in weapons training room.

 Return to ambassador Rialla.
