Task: Roekaar Manifestos is a Mission in Mass Effect Andromeda. Missions advance the main story, and flesh out the side content of the game as well as provide opportunities for rewards and exploration.

Walkthrough
YOU MUST ACTIVATE THE VAULT BEFORE BEING ABLE TO FINISH THIS QUEST:
- After you have activated the vault leave the planet and call Evfra in the Tempest. Then talk to Jaal and respond to emails to unlock the quests necessary to finsih this side quest.
This task allows you to learn more about the Roekaar by collecting 6 manifestos:
The first one can be found at the top of the stairs after you cross the bridge at the Chasm of Builders towards Old Pelaav.
The second and third can be found in Old Pelaav in the encampment in two different buildings.
During the mission A Dying Planet, you will come to a cave on the right at the end of the chasm and inside you will find the fourth pad.
When you are completing the Overgrown mission you will find one on a crate in the middle of the Roekaar camp.
The final one can be found during or after visiting Thaldyr during the Friend or Foe? mission when you unlock the building. It's on a table in her house.

Are you sure this is correct? I just did this quest and scanned and red everything in and around her house and nothing counted for it.

You guys need to leave planet go to tempest and use video terminal to unlock quest Friend or Foe.
In these quest the last datapad is in the Thaladyr house.

Did you leave the world and enter again? the scientist team from the nexus only shows after you do. And they are the ones who give you Overgrown. And then the camp you find the datapad at, is located on the waypoint on this screenshot: imgur.com/a/COYFB

These quests become available after you complete A Dying Planet

I found all of them while completing the other missions except: "When you are completing the Overgrown mission you will find one on a crate in the middle of the NE Roekaar camp."
And I still don't understand where this one is. :( Part of the problem is I can't remember which one was Overgrown. Can anybody help?

I agree more detail is definitely needed as i am only missing one, and the north bridge tower i can not find..
