Recovering the Past is a Mission in Mass Effect Andromeda. Missions advance the main story, and flesh out the side content of the game as well as provide opportunities for rewards and exploration.

 

Recovering the Past Information

"Avela Kjar, curator for the Repositiory of History on Aya, has asked you to investigate an ancient crashed shuttle on Havarl and recover any artifacts.."

  1. Locate the ancient crash site on Havarl
  2. Investigate the crash site
  3. Return the relic to Avela on Aya

Walkthrough

 The relic is a pilot helmet at the bottom of a chasm on the East side of the map. Jump down and fight off the Remnant forces, then activate the helmet to progress the quest.

 Talk to Avela in Aya Museum.
