Walkthrough
Welp, a corpse has appeared in market and it's up to you to solve it because you don't really have anything else to do with your time right? Approach the scene of the crime and scan the body to get the mission underway. This one suffered a grisly end, but it wasnt the first. Head to the terminal at the docks and make your way to the Kadara Slums.
Make your way to the second floor of the bar and chat to Reyes (who can be romanced by either gender!). In the last dialogue choice you can start the flirting by saying "You need me, huh?". After you're done chatting he'll direct you to one of the other crime scenes with a nav marker. A People Divided will now begin.
