Walkthrough

 Talk to Priya Blake, she is in outpost building on Voeld.

 Search the lab for clue. (There is a turian frigate model on desk, a hand-drilling device in a scannable crate, and a datapad on top of a crate.)

 Travel to navpoint, and search the area. Scan the transport vehicle and pick the datapad on ground.

 Follow navpoint till reach a frozen river, you will see an Architect flying over kett outpost. Defeat this enemy then report to Priya Blake.
