L-89 Halberd Information
The sleek L-89 Halberd favors power and precision. The semi-automatic rifle was the Andromeda Initiative's attempt to make a weapon on par with the reliable [[M-96 Mattock|M-96 Mattock]] that also used Initiative breakthroughs in materials science. Only a few were made, but their effectiveness in the field is unquestioned.

I agree with the Anons here, I use a LVL X Mattock as my primary weapon (especially since they fixed the semi-auto bug), but I'd likely use a LVL X Halberd...

I hope they add the blueprint for it in an upcoming patch.

This would be a good weapon but it comes too late in the single player to make it worthwhile. With the the greatly expanded inventory post patch, i guess i have room for it in my pocket, but only being able to change loadouts at specific points means this really only ever gets used for testing until a blueprint can be found. A high level DMR would have been so useful.

This would have been a good rifle if I could get the blueprint for it, but alas, I've nothing to do with a rank 1 rifle at lvl 43.

Acquired one level I variant (despite being level 35 at the time) from the store on Kadarah in single player. Can't craft it (yet), though. Hope I'll get to craft it, too, seems interesting.
I get the feeling that since the game was rushed at the last moment they didn't bother adding more to this weapon as i guess it was one of the last weapons or maybe one of the first to be implemented however when the original crew decided to leave Bioware they had to hire other people to complete this and i am guessing they totally forgot about the L-89 Halberd
