Defeating the Kett is a Mission in Mass Effect Andromeda. Missions advance the main story, and flesh out the side content of the game as well as provide opportunities for rewards and exploration.
Defeating the Kett Information
The kett stronghold is a large power station. It has allowed them to spy on Initiative activity and stage repeated attacks that are quickly reinforced. Dealing with the station will greatly improve the viability of Eos. A direct assault is inevitable, but perhaps there is a way to weaken the stronghold before the attack

Walkthrough
Investigate the kett presence on Eos, this can be done with A Better Beginning
Find a way to get in kett power facility. You can disable the shield by accessing the kett shield array or set the shield generators to overload.
Forward to the stronghold core and clear the area. Override 3 security terminals to deactivate the lockdown.
Reach to command center and wipe out kett forces.
Unlock and loot zenith observation room.
