Task: Remnant Data Cores | Mass Effect Andromeda Wiki

So I finally got the 9 needed remnant data cores needed for this Quest,After I got them the quest came as done. And that was it no fan fare or points or peebeek thanking me. Nothing I was really disappointed in this Quest unless something comes up later on in the game for them. You do get a lot of boots getting them, and points etc. You can Find 4 in the Vaults except the one on Havarl. You get 4 after defeating the Remnant Architects, there will be a Big container show up after killing them 1 is inside each. If you miss this container you can go back to that area and get it, they do not dissappear if you forget. There are 3 on Voeld. The Vault, the Architect, And after you complete the side quest Subjugation there is another vault with one In there up in the north west area . Elaaden also has 3, the Vault, the Architect, and another secret Vault in the Southwest corner neare a big pit You don't need a special invite to enter it, a few Remnant Puzzles and Enemies . The Other one is in Meridian, but I Don't need it anymore. So There are 11 total you can get but only need 9, PLUS...IF YOU FORGET TO GET THE ONES IN THE VAULTS WHILE YOU ARE IN THERE. YOU CAN NOT GO BACK TO GET THEM ONCE YOU PURIFIE THE VAULT THE DOOR WON'T OPEN FOR YOU, THE ONLY ONE THAT LET ME WAS THE ONE ON KADARA BUT I ALREADY HAD THAT ONE.

Apart of each one the you obtain from the architects. I have found other 2.

- in Voeld, doing the other taks, they took me to a remnant vault (different from the one used to change the weather), in that vault I had to destroy 4 artefacts, well, in one of the rooms there was one of the remnant data cores (is like a kind of floating box).

- in Elaaden, in the south west, there is another remnant vault (different from the one used to change the weather) there were not mission on it, but still, exploring it and solving the switches puzzles, also takes you to another remant data core hidden in a pitt.

So I have 6/9, I will go back to Eos, Havarl and Kadara, I think that the remnant data core (don't confuse it with the "remnant core") must be also in explorable remnat vaults like the two I founded.
