Walkthrough
Talk to Drack on Tempest.
Speak with Del Jasin, he can be found at Nexus Docking bay, then talk to Kesh about Spender.
Go to militia office and ask Kandros for permission to view security footage. Use the computer facing the main hallway in Addison's office to view the security footage.
Confront Spender about the footage.
After travel to Kadara, go back to Tempest and interact with the SAM node.
Investigate the outpost marked by navpoint, and then defeat the Exiles.
Search the hideout and find a Datapad on a table by the windows.
Back to Nexus, search Spender's room. (On the second floor of Nexus commons. the scrambler is behind the TV)
Talk to comms officer next to Addison, then speak with Drack back on Tempest.
