Medical Caches is a Mission in Mass Effect Andromeda. Missions advance the main story, and flesh out the side content of the game as well as provide opportunities for rewards and exploration.
Medical Caches Information
"The doctor at the Voeld Resistance base needs the emergency medical supply caches around Voeld to be restocked, so that injured fighters and civilians can tend to their wounds and improve their chances of survival in the harsh wasteland."

Walkthrough
Each medical cache is located to the east around Kett Command and marked by waypoints. Be prepared to fight Kett at each one.

AnonymousThe mission seems glitched. There is a cache in a raided settlement that isn't able to be scanned or interacted with

I have the same issue as the first poster. You cannot interact with the supply crate. Quitting to desktop and restarting the game does nothing.
