Walkthrough
After you complete The Mind of an Exile give Lexi some time to get results and then this mission will commence. Pick up the serum inside the Paradise, on the shelf Velonia is facing. You will have to find a live test subject.
Scan everything inside the Paradise. Head outside and go to the west end of the covered path. Scan the guy standing next to the lot, who Lexi will confirm is the match.
Talk to him about being a test. Eventually you can either ask nicely or force him. If you insist, he takes it and the mission will end.
