Gone with the Wind is a Mission in Mass Effect Andromeda. Missions advance the main story, and flesh out the side content of the game as well as provide opportunities for rewards and exploration.

Walkthrough
There is a windfarm outside Kadara port that is being pillaged for parts. Speak to Aislin and agree to help bring the parts back. You can also head into the first floor of the left building to pick up the mission A Packaged Deal from the Turian vendor.
Take the Nomad to the mountain tops in Haarfel to the NE of the station to find a small camp. Examine the generator and jump to the crate and scan the Ancient Eiroch.
Make your way back to Aislin and tell her what you've found. When you're done talking the quest will conclude.
