Walkthrough

 Find and interact with the datapad located in the dome closest to the Tempest landing zone.

 Find other two datapads in second and third dome. Then SAM will mark the navpoint of outlaw headquarters.

 Break in the headquarter and clear the area.

 On the second floor in the main main building. There is a datapad contain Elora's plan.
