Backlash is a Skill in Mass Effect Andromeda.
Backlash Information
Hold Button: Generates a frontal biotic aegis barrier that reflects most projectiles and reduces the damage of other enemy attacks. A well-timed initial activation interrupts melee attacks.
Backlash Strategies
- A well timed backlash can redirect an Ascendant's energy orb back to him (resulting in a one shot for the Ascendant's orb)

Anybody able to do some testing to see how the calculation is actually done for the Backlash health increase? There are two possible methods (tab-delineated format).

This ability is awesome, it saved me countless times, and I was able to fight big guys without finding cover, but the shield break fast when fighting normal enemies.
